Raspberry Chocolate Protein Cookies

Ingredients (10 Cookies)
– 200 g raspberries (or a red fruit mix, fresh or frozen)
– 80 g protein powder, chocolate flavor
– 5 g cacao powder
– 2 egg whites
– 100 ml water


– Pre heat oven at 180°C
– Mix all ingredients together
– you can make 10 cookies by putting 10 ‘balls’ on a baking paper
Or you can use silicone cupcakes and make 10 raspberry chocolate protein cupcakes. This will be the same.
– Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes
– It’s important to let them cool completely before eating them. When they’re still warm they tend to be too soft / liquidy

    I tried this recipe but the mixture was too liquidy to make little balls. I’ve put them in a baking tray and hopefully they will turn into decent brownies. Maybe I didn’t put enough raspberries in…
