When did you get started with fitness?
I started at a young age, my brother use to take me to the gym when he had to watch me. So he put me through his routines with him. Then throughout my high school years I was a national level wrestler. 2007 was when I found my love for the stage! I hired a trainer and entered my first fitness competition and I’ve never looked back!
What drives you to be so fit?
Seeing the changes in myself! When I see my body changing and reaching my goals it really pushes me to keep going & achieve more!
What has been the hardest obstacle for you to overcome?
Back in the day….Prepping for a show while working full time and having a part time job!
Could you tell us about your current training program?
I do 30-45 minutes of cardio every morning then in the late afternoon between clients I do my weight training.- for weights, I like to change up my routines to keep my body guessing, so I incorporate old school routines, hiit, & plyos. The past few weeks I have been doing “old school” focusing on 1-2 different muscles each day.
What does your diet look like?
I’m on a low carb diet: generally breakfast, pre & post workout are my carbs, the rest are fiberous carbs & protein and a small amount of fats.
Oatmeal, rice cakes, mixed green veggies, almonds, and lean proteins (whey Gourmet, chicken & Fish) are my staples!

What Is Your Favorite Body Part To Train?
Ah! I have a bunch!!! I love shoulders, trying to build some “caps” hehe,
love assisted pull-ups, one day I will be able to do them without the machine!
GLUTES!! Who doesn’t love a great bootie routine?! I know I do! … I always look forward to Mondays & Thursdays!
Abs!!… my weakest spot! we have a love, hate relationship! My fav exercise is hanging leg raises with a 10lb dumbbell between my feet.
Is there anyone in the fitness industry you look up to?
I cant say that I really “ look up to” anyone but I am inspired daily by all the hardwork and dediction that many people in my life put into living a fit & healthy lifestyle!
